Best of luck to our senior hurlers who face JK Brackens in the county quarter finals this Sunday 25th at 2pm in Semple Stadium as a double header with Kiladangan v Clonoulty/Rossmore following at 3:45pm. SENIOR FOOTBALL

Well done to the footballers who defeated JK Brackens in the county quarter final last weekend by 1-11 to 0-10. It was Brackens who scored the first 2 points of the game but we fought back and a Paul Shanahan goal from the penalty spot shortly before the interval gave us a 3 point lead going into the break. It remained a similar margin throughout the 2nd half and our range of scorers from play (6 different players in total) saw us through. We have been drawn to face reigning champions Loughmore-Castleiney in the semi finals with no venue or time confirmed yet.

JUNIOR HURLING

JUNIOR FOOTBALL

Well done to the junior footballers who defeated Moyne-Templetouhy 1-11 to 1-5 in the mid semi final last Friday evening. This sets them up for a mid final appearance against Boherlahan Dualla with no date set yet for this.

UNDER 19 FOOTBALL

Hard luck to the under 19 footballers who bowed out of the mid championship at the semi final stage last Wednesday against Na Sairsealaigh Og 0-14 to 1-7.

PLOUGHING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Thanks to all who visited our stand at the ploughing championships this past week in Laois. There was great interest in the John Deere on display filled with balloons in aid of our fundraiser below. A special thanks also to those who volunteered over the 3 days, especially those who helped out multiple days to make it such a success.

U13 MID TITLE WIN

A special congratulations to the u13's who won the group 3 mid title last weekend against Durlas Og. They now face Fethard in the county semi final tomorrow.

TIPPERARY GAA CLUB DRAW

The new season of the Tipperary GAA Club Draw will be starting next weekend. If you haven't renewed yet then do so with your regular promoter. If you would like to sign up for the first time you can do so by contacting any of the existing promoters or online at https://tipperary.gaa.ie/tipperary-gaa-clubs-draw/ and selecting Upperchurch Drombane as your club. The first draw of the new season will be held at the end of September.

PREMIER CO-OP LOTTO

There was no winner last week but 2 lucky dip winners were drawn who shared €150. The jackpot for next week is €5,000 Tickets must be bought by 8pm on Tuesday to be in the draw.
