Upperchurch Drombane reached the final of the Kilmacud 7s tournament today in Dublin. They successfully emerged from a group containing Oranmore, Feakle and Moyne-Templetouhy. In the quarter finals they defeated defending champions Borris-Ileigh and went on to beat Adare in the semi finals. In the final agthe hosts Kilmacud raced into a big lead but Upperchurch staged a comeback but alas it wasnt enough as Kilmacud won by 3 points. Well done to all the lads on a great performance.
