SPRING INTO FITNESS

Registration will be held between 12:30pm and 1:30pm tomorrow Sunday Jan 30th in Drombane clubhouse for our 5 week Spring In to Fitness event or you can also sign up online at https://upperchurchdrombanegaa.ie/spring-into-fitness This is a 5 week programme of activities for all ages, male & female will be held to give people the opportunity to try out and fit, healthy and active. Each day over the 5 weeks at least one activity will be planned and for just €50 for adults or €30 for OAP's & Students you can avail of as many as you like. Some of the events include pilates, badminton, food demo, hill walks, mindfulness, physio and more. See our social media for the full timetable of events.
